Area Cleaning Supervisor - London in City of London

My client a leading provider of cleaning services is seeking a Supervisor to look after teams across multiple sites. In this role you will ensure operations run smoothly, teams are motivated, and any issues are handled quickly and professionally. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being visible on site, working closely with people, and solving problems in real time.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial cleaning or facilities operations, with frontline management experience
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Clear, confident communication and ability to manage people effectively
• Comfortable handling multi-site operations, client feedback, and day-to-day operational challenges

Responsibilities

• Lead and support cleaning teams across multiple sites, ensuring high standards are maintained
• Recruit, onboard, and develop frontline staff while managing attendance and performance
• Monitor costs, submit accurate payroll, and maintain appropriate stock of cleaning materials
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly, collaborating with the wider team as needed
