Salary: £60,668 (including £3,000 location allowance)
Bonus: Up to 4% discretionary bonus (subject to targets)

About the Role
You will be responsible for a team of Refrigeration Engineers, ensuring that all planned and reactive maintenance tasks are completed on time and to budget. You will manage the call-out rota and ensure adequate, safe cover at all times across your regional patch in South London.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of Refrigeration Engineers
- Plan, schedule, and oversee PPM and reactive maintenance across supermarket sites
- Manage the on-call rota and ensure 24/7 safe cover
- Monitor performance against SLAs, KPIs, and budgets
- Ensure full compliance with F-Gas, H&S, and refrigerant handling regulations
- Provide technical support and mentoring to engineers
- Liaise with clients and internal FM teams to maintain high service standards
- Maintain accurate records of works, risk assessments, and method statements
About You
- Strong background in refrigeration engineering with team leadership or supervisory experience
- Confident managing people, workloads, and client relationships
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, safety-first approach
- Full UK driving licence and comfortable travelling across South London
