They are seeking an proactive and detail-oriented Booking Agent to join the team. The Booking Agent will be responsible for securing performance engagements, negotiating contracts, and coordinating logistics for their clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the entertainment industry, excellent communication skills, and a knack for relationship-building. Key Responsibilities: * Client Management: Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients and identify new talent. * Contract Negotiation : Negotiate contracts and fees, ensuring favourable terms for clients while maintaining company profitability. * Event Coordination : Coordinate all logistical aspects of bookings, including travel arrangements, accommodation, technical requirements, and rider specifications. * Database Management : Maintain records of bookings, contracts, and client information in the company’s CRM system. * Financial Management: Manage booking budgets, process invoices, and ensure timely payments. * Problem Solving : Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the booking process or events.
