I am currently recruiting a Sales Director to join this hotel & Spa group. My client is looking for an entrepreneurial individual with a passion for the industry. As Sales Director you will drive sales strategy and grow new business for the property. We are looking for someone who has experience with trade shows, business development and a passion for sales.
About the position
- Identify & grow new business for the hotel
- Develop strategic long term customer relationships
- Organise and carry out in-market sales tours
- Act as the market segment specialist
- Work closely with the General Manager
The successful candidate
- Previous experience as a Sales Director in hotels
- Strong knowledge of the industry and drive for sales
