We're looking for an energetic, guest-focused professional to join a luxury boutique hotel in Bermuda as Assistant Guest Experience Manager. This is a hands-on role where you'll shape unforgettable experiences for our guests, lead a small front office team, and grow into the next step: Front Office Manager.
What You'll Do
- Curate and manage every detail of the guest journey, from pre-arrival planning to post-departure follow-up
- Work closely with all hotel departments to ensure seamless, luxury service
- Lead and inspire a team of ~15 staff to deliver exceptional experiences
- Help define and implement the hotel's guest service standards
About You
- Luxury or boutique hotel background; island experience is a must
- Personable, energetic, and hands-on
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on delivering service excellence
- Eligible to travel with US, Canada, or UK visas
- Preferred single status; male candidates encouraged
Package & Benefits
- Salary: USD $60,000–$65,000
- Annual performance bonus + gratuities based on KPIs
