The Role
- Overseeing all the properties within the managed house part of the group, launching all the new sites.
- Helping in the overall business strategy for the group, working on financial, marketing and all business-related aspects.
- Ensure that the management teams are properly supported to fulfil their roles.
- Strong, hands-on approach.
- Having a clear financial goal and looking closely at all P&Ls for the Pubs.
- Looking at all property and legal implications for new sites, where needed.
- The FULL 360 responsibilities for the whole patch.
The Person
- Must have at least 5 years' experience as an Operations Manager or currently an Operations Director or Head of Operations.
- Need to have some strong fresh food experience.
- Team leading skills and an exceptional communicator.
- Must be confident in all elements of financial planning.
- Able to write complex business models.
- Ideally from a Pub Background.
