Salary: Up to £37,000 OTE including TRONC and bonus

We are recruiting for a talented Deputy General Manager to join a beautiful, characterful gastro pub in the heart of a thriving Surrey village.
This is a fantastic food-led operation, combining the charm of a traditional British pub with quality seasonal dining, an excellent drinks offering and comfortable guest accommodation.
The business attracts a wonderful mix of loyal locals, destination diners and overnight guests, making it an exciting and varied operation to manage.
What we're looking for:
- An experienced Deputy Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready to progress.
- A genuine passion for fresh food, quality drinks and warm hospitality.
- Experience leading and developing successful front-of-house teams.
- Strong commercial awareness, including labour, stock and sales performance.
- A hands-on leader who loves being on the floor and engaging with guests.
You’ll join an established, people-focused pub group offering excellent training, career development and genuine opportunities to progress towards General Manager.
