We’re seeking an experienced, hands‑on Venue Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a large team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while helping shape the future of an established nightlife brand. A friend of the LGBTQ+ community and a passion for inclusion and creating a safe, welcoming environment is essential.
About You
- Proven management experience in a busy nightclub, bar, or large hospitality venue
- Valid Personal Licence to Sell Alcohol (essential)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Experience managing recruitment, rotas, training, and team performance
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime
- A genuine commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion
- Experience in LGBTQ+ nightlife is advantageous
