I'm recruiting a Head Chef for a newly launched corporate dining operation in Uxbridge, offering a fantastic opportunity to put your own stamp on the food from the very beginning.
This is a fresh-food focused kitchen where you'll have the freedom to bring new ideas to the menu, develop your team and create a food offer that people genuinely look forward to.

The Operation
- Premium Business & Industry contract catering.
- Freshly prepared breakfast and lunch.
- Seasonal hot dishes, street food and daily specials.
- Deli, salad bar and lighter food options.
- Occasional corporate hospitality.
- Small, established kitchen structure.
The Role
- Take ownership of the daily kitchen operation.
- Create exciting, seasonal menus using fresh ingredients.
- Lead and develop your Sous Chef and kitchen team.
- Bring creativity to the breakfast, lunch and street-food offering.
- Manage ordering, stock, food costs and waste.
- Build strong relationships with the client.
- Maintain excellent food quality and kitchen standards.
About You
- Experienced Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to progress.
- Contract catering or B&I experience desirable.
- Passionate about fresh food and modern workplace dining.
- Creative, organised and confident developing menus.
- Commercially aware and comfortable managing a kitchen.
- Hands-on, approachable and enthusiastic about leading a team.
