We are working with a leading luxury hospitality group seeking an Event Operations Manager for a prestigious 5 star Hotel west of London. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to lead the smooth running of the Events Operations department, delivering exceptional service across a diverse range of luxury corporate and social events.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Events Operations team, ensuring consistently high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee the set-up and operation of event spaces, ensuring all rooms and facilities are presented to the required standards.
- Conduct daily pre-shift briefings, allocate responsibilities and ensure effective staffing levels across events.
- Work closely with all departments to ensure seamless communication and event delivery.
- Manage departmental stock, ordering, payroll and operating costs in line with financial targets.
- Manage training, development and performance reviews, supporting the team to achieve their individual and departmental goals.
- Monitor guest feedback and service levels, identifying opportunities to improve the overall guest experience.
- Manage agency staffing requirements and forecasts, ensuring staffing levels meet business demands.
