We are working with an ambitious and fast-growing luxury hospitality group specialising in high-end, all-inclusive resort experiences across the Mediterranean. With strong backing and an established portfolio, the business is now entering an exciting phase of international expansion, with significant growth planned across the EU and the UAE.
As part of this next stage, the group is seeking to appoint a Non-Executive Director to provide strategic operational guidance at board level. This role will suit a highly experienced hospitality leader who has operated at group or regional level within large-scale all-inclusive resort businesses and can bring valuable insight into scaling operations, maintaining brand standards, and supporting sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic oversight and advisory support to the executive leadership team
- Offer guidance on operational structure, scalability, and best practices for luxury all-inclusive resorts
- Support expansion strategy across European and Middle Eastern markets
- Act as a sounding board for senior leadership on performance, guest experience, and operational excellence
- Contribute to board discussions and governance as the business continues to grow
The Ideal Candidate:
- Extensive senior leadership experience within all-inclusive resort groups
- Background in multi-property or group-level operations within luxury or premium hospitality
- Proven track record supporting international expansion and operational scaling
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to advise at board level
- Previous board or advisory/NED experience is advantageous but not essential
