Responsibilities:
- Overseeing large-scale events from setup to breakdown
- Using data to enhance operational strategies
- Managing stock, compliance, and budgets
- Leading and developing full-time and casual staff
- Building strong client relationships
Who you are:
- Experienced in high-volume event or hospitality operations
- Stock management experience
- Compliance, due diligence and Health & Safety
- A strong leader with team training experience
- Organised, hands-on, and thrives under pressure
