All About you

As Senior Maintenance Manager, you will report to the Property Director and lead and deliver day-to-day repair and maintenance across the estate. You will manage and develop a small team, coordinate external contractors and work collaboratively with the Operations team. • Develop the CAFM system to best support the group at all levels
  • Coordinate and prioritise reactive and planned maintenance work through the helpdesk function.
