This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys transformation, process improvement, financial modelling and business partnering - rather than simply reporting the numbers. You’ll play a key role in improving planning and reporting processes, supporting strategic projects and helping the wider business make better, data-led decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Building financial models and tools to support planning and decision‑making
  • Driving process improvements across areas such as sales and labour planning
  • Supporting transformation projects from concept through to delivery
  • Developing business cases and tracking benefits against plan
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning
  • Providing insightful variance analysis and performance reporting
  • Working with BI/data teams to improve reporting and data quality
  • Partnering with Commercial, Marketing, Procurement and Operations teams
  • Challenging assumptions and translating complex data into clear commercial insights

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong FP&A or Finance Business Partnering experience
  • Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Experience supporting or delivering business change/transformation
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • A commercially curious, solutions-focused mindset
  • Ability to simplify complex problems and communicate clearly

Desirable:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA progress
  • Power BI/BI experience
  • Process automation or systems implementation experience
