I am currently looking for a Marketing Manager for a Premium hotel group based in the Cotswolds. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day marketing administration ensuring all work is done in line with the brand strategy.
You will hold responsibility for all areas of marketing for all aspects of the business, whilst supporting offline creative design which includes in-house collateral and external advertisements and promotional material. You will also be responsible for driving the social media and digital marketing strategy in line with our 3rd party partners. All of which must be managed within brand guidelines and to the standards of a luxury resort.
Be creative in your approach and to be able to think outside the box in order to deliver the brief. Take full responsibility for the Marketing including print, digital and strategy. Write and deliver the marketing plan in conjunction with the onsite team and present to the Directors.
Manage all the marketing software in line with company standards. Attend the weekly forecast meeting in order to deliver the marketing strategy. Hold monthly meetings with key Heads of Departments to deliver marketing plan. Drive the monthly marketing calendar and deliver the plan.
Take full responsibility for the website, its content and the software. Manage the external marketing partnerships and drive forward. Manage the SEO and PPC campaigns and be involved with the monthly strategy. Responsible for delivering the weekly newsletter and its content. Manage the marketing budget.
