The role

You’ll be responsible for leading the front-of-house team, driving service standards, and ensuring every guest experience is exceptional. Your leadership and hands-on approach will be key to motivating the team, maintaining standards, and supporting operational excellence.

• Visible on the floor with a hands-on approach
• WSET qualifications are a plus
