This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Restaurant Manager to join this luxury boutique hotel. We are looking for a talented, well-organised individual who has a passion for fine dining and F&B. As Restaurant Manager, you will manage and develop the F&B team in the restaurant outlet to the highest level. About the position:

  • Manage the team and ensure that staff morale is high
  • Oversee the training and development of the team
  • Conduct staff reviews and action in areas in need of training
  • Manage the P&L and Payroll
  • Work closely with the events team
  • Work closely with the Head Chef & General Manager
  • Responsible for the daily operations
