Salary: Up to£48,000 + service charge

About the position

• Manage the team and ensure that the staff morale is high
• Oversee the training and development of the team
• Conduct staff reviews and action the areas in need of training
• Manage the P&L and Payroll

The successful candidate

• Previous experience working in a busy hotel or restaurant
• A strong knowledge of Food & Beverage
• Well Organised with an eye for detail
• Proven business & financial success
• A born leader with excellent communication skills
