The Role
A brand-new Japanese restaurant is opening in Central London, and we’re looking for a GM to take the lead. This isn’t just running a site – it’s about shaping the launch, building the team, and making sure the service matches the quality of the food.
Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for the restaurant and bar, including P&L
- Recruiting and developing a large FOH and BOH team
- Driving standards, sales, and guest experience every day
- Working closely with chefs and bar team to keep the offer sharp and authentic
- Building the right systems and structure to make the operation smooth
- Being a strong presence on the floor – leading from the front
