As a booking agent, you will have experience across reservations from hotels, agencies or airlines. You will handle accommodation bookings for clients, working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. This includes coordinating group bookings, liaising with hotels and estate agents, and ensuring high levels of confidentiality.
- Manage end-to-end accommodation bookings for high-net worth clients
- Handle serviced apartments, hotels, and private lettings
- 2–3+ years in a booking/reservations/travel agency role
- Strong communication and memory skills—note-taking and attention to detail are key
- Backgrounds in hotels, airlines, production, or admin all welcome
