Overview
Regional Sales Manager – Leading Northern Brewery – Lancashire – Up to £35,000 plus package
This is a field-based role in the On-Trade sector with a brewery in the North of England. The successful candidate will manage a pipeline of prospects, work with existing accounts across the beer sector, and build relationships with key decision-makers – not to mention the excitement of new business.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to increase distribution and grow On-Trade sales.
- Identify and secure new accounts within IFT and multiples, expanding into untapped venues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent service and ongoing growth.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences within the low & no alcohol category.
- Work closely with the national sales team, marketing, and distribution partners to ensure smooth execution of initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Track sales performance and provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to senior management.

- Experience in regional on-trade sales, particularly with IFT and independent sites.
