They are currently seeking a Regional Account Manager to drive growth across the Bristol & South West region. Competitive salary with performance-related bonus. The Regional Sales Manager Key Responsibilities include:
- Drive business growth by increasing sales volumes and securing new business within the on-trade sector (pubs, bars, restaurants) and Off trade.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet customer needs and company objectives.
- Manage the commercial aspects of accounts, including pricing, contract negotiations, and profit margins.
- Regularly meet with customers to discuss product offerings, market trends, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to deliver seamless customer service.
