We’re on the lookout for a strategic thinker and detail-oriented optimiser who will own the end-to-end booking platform for a scaling hospitality business. This is a unique opportunity to shape how thousands of customers interact with the brand—from their first click to final confirmation—ensuring every step is smooth, smart, and conversion-focused.

As Booking Product Manager, you will sit at the heart of customer experience, marketing, sales, and IT. You will be the driving force behind continuous improvement, using data and insights to boost conversions, enhance usability, and deliver real value across the entire booking funnel.

The role:

  • Ensure reliability, enhance user experience, and collaborate with IT to evolve system capabilities.
  • Use data, A/B testing, and strategic upsell/cross-sell tactics to increase booking rates and customer value.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, finance, and IT to create a seamless, high-performing booking journey.
  • Act on feedback, improve usability, and reduce booking-related queries through smart UX enhancements.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in booking systems, CRO, or digital CX.
