We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Food & Beverage to lead and elevate the F&B operations of a distinguished luxury estate in Dorset. This is a senior leadership role for someone with a strong track record in delivering outstanding guest experiences, driving revenue, and managing high-performing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all F&B operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and consistency.
