We are working with a luxury hospitality group to recruit an exceptional Brand Manager to join its growing Head Office team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Brand Manager who combines creativity, commercial thinking and a strong understanding of luxury brands. Working closely with the senior marketing leadership team, you will help shape the development, positioning and activation of a portfolio of high-profile luxury lifestyle brands, strengthening brand identity, increasing guest engagement and supporting commercial growth.

The group has an ambitious growth strategy, with several new luxury concepts and openings currently in development.

The Role

As Brand Manager, you will help shape, develop and protect the identity of a portfolio of distinctive brands while delivering creative campaigns and initiatives that increase awareness, strengthen guest engagement and drive commercial performance. You will work closely with Marketing, Operations and external creative partners to ensure every guest touchpoint reflects the quality, creativity and personality of each individual brand. This is a hands-on role where you will balance strategic brand development with creative execution, working across established brands as well as exciting new concepts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver brand strategy across a portfolio of luxury hospitality brands, including positioning, storytelling, tone of voice and creative direction.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR and print, ensuring consistent and engaging brand communications.
  • Lead marketing for new openings and brand activations, including concept launches, seasonal campaigns, photoshoots, content creation and promotional events.
  • Manage creative partners and brand assets, including agencies, photographers, designers, menus, marketing collateral and in-venue materials.
  • Drive brand and commercial performance by managing budgets, analysing campaign results and customer engagement, monitoring market trends and supporting local venue marketing.

Experience

  • 5+ years experience within marketing or brand management, ideally within luxury, hospitality, lifestyle or premium consumer brands.
  • Experience as a Brand Manager, Marketing Manager or in a similar position.
  • Experience working across multiple brands or locations.
  • A strong understanding of luxury brand positioning, identity and storytelling.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media and content.
  • Experience using marketing analytics and reporting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong creative eye and exceptional attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine passion for luxury brands, hospitality and creating exceptional customer experiences.
