They’re now looking for an Operations Manager to lead their teams, elevate performance, and champion a people-first culture.

What you’ll be doing:

• Overseeing multiple leisure sites across London, with a focus on engagement, energy, and efficiency
• Leading and developing a passionate, high-performing team who love what they do
• Driving a positive customer experience through top-tier service and a vibrant atmosphere
• Ensuring each site runs smoothly, from staffing and stock to health & safety and customer flow
• Working closely with senior leadership on growth plans, new openings, and operational strategy
• Constantly looking for ways to innovate, improve, and inject fun into everything we do

What we’re looking for:

• A background in multi-site management in leisure, hospitality, fitness, or food retail
• A hands-on leader who thrives on people, positivity, and operational excellence
• Someone who gets the London market and knows how to deliver brilliant customer experiences
• Strong commercial acumen, you understand the numbers and how to make them work
• Energy, initiative, and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
