Following the back of double digit growth, they are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Field Sales Manager to lead their sales team and drive the growth of their premium spirits portfolio. This role is pivotal in enhancing team performance, providing outstanding training, and refining our onboarding systems to ensure every team member succeeds. This role will directly impact the key performance indicators of the business and report directly into the Head of Sales.
