The successful Warehouse Operations Manager will take ownership of the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring products and equipment are received, stored, picked, dispatched and returned efficiently and safely. Responsibilities include: Lead and manage the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. Manage, motivate and develop the warehouse team, creating a high-performance and safety-focused culture. Oversee the receipt, storage, picking, packing, loading and dispatch of equipment and products. Coordinate the movement of equipment in and out of the warehouse around busy event and exhibition schedules. Ensure all equipment is accurately checked, maintained, prepared and available when required. Manage stock levels and inventory accuracy, identifying discrepancies and implementing improvements. Work closely with Operations, Logistics, Sales and Project teams to ensure customer requirements are delivered on time. Plan warehouse resources around peaks in demand, ensuring deadlines are consistently achieved. Implement and maintain robust warehouse processes, systems and procedures.
