Marketing Executive @ COREcruitment Ltd

We are working with a leading B2B events organisation to recruit a Marketing Executive to support the delivery of high-impact marketing campaigns across a portfolio of international events. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated marketer with at least one year of experience to build their career in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the successful candidate will play a key role in executing digital and content-led campaigns across multiple channels. The role involves working closely with internal teams across sales, sponsorship, and content to ensure integrated messaging and effective campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage website updates using a CMS.
  • Schedule and manage social media content via a scheduling tool (e.g. Hootsuite)
  • Support the briefing and coordination of digital marketing campaigns, including paid media
  • Execute email campaigns using a platform.
  • Support the development of email automation journeys
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure content aligns with strategic objectives
  • Assist with event collateral, including signage, brochures, and print production
  • Support performance reporting
  • Contribute to ongoing competitor analysis and market research
  • Work closely with sales to support marketing across a range of sectors
  • Coordinate with sponsorship, content, and digital teams to support cross-functional initiatives

Experience & Skills Required

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing role, ideally within events or a similarly deadline-driven environment
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, email marketing systems, and social media scheduling tools
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills for email, social media, and web content
  • Comfortable working with data and able to report on key marketing metrics
