About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of high-performing, community-focused hospitality venues across London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded operator who thrives on developing people, driving performance, and delivering memorable guest experiences.
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll play a key role in improving operational standards, increasing profitability, and supporting ambitious growth plans.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead, coach and develop a portfolio of General Managers, creating high-performing teams.
Drive commercial performance through strong financial management and clear business planning.
Identify opportunities to improve underperforming sites while supporting continued growth across successful venues.
Oversee refurbishment and investment projects, ensuring successful delivery and return on investment.
Maintain exceptional operational standards, guest satisfaction and compliance across all sites.
Work collaboratively with central support functions including People, Marketing and Property.
Support succession planning by identifying and developing future talent.
About You
At least 3 years' experience in a senior multi-site hospitality role.
Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of improving sales and profitability.
Experienced in coaching and developing General Managers to achieve outstanding results.
Confident leading refurbishment projects and operational change.
Excellent financial, analytical and communication skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
Full UK driving licence.
