Senior Finance Analyst – Process & Transformation

This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys transformation, process improvement, financial modelling and business partnering -rather than simply reporting the numbers.
You’ll play a key role in improving planning and reporting processes, supporting strategic projects and helping the wider business make better, data-led decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Building financial models and tools to support planning and decision‑making
- Driving process improvements across areas such as sales and labour planning
- Supporting transformation projects from concept through to delivery
- Developing business cases and tracking benefits against plan
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning
- Providing insightful variance analysis and performance reporting
- Working with BI/data teams to improve reporting and data quality
- Partnering with Commercial, Marketing, Procurement and Operations teams
- Challenging assumptions and translating complex data into clear commercial insights
Candidate Profile:
- Strong FP&A or Finance Business Partnering experience
- Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills
- Experience supporting or delivering business change/transformation
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- A commercially curious, solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to simplify complex problems and communicate clearly
Desirable: ACA/ACCA/CIMA progress, Power BI/BI experience, process automation or systems implementation experience.
