We are currently looking for a Head of London Sales to join the team. The Head of Sales will ultimately be responsible for leading a team to achieve growth within their sales area and drive the sales strategy across the on-trade. The Head of London Sales will be required to create the strategy, manage the full commercial’s across the on-trade, utilize the CMR system and build relationships with both stakeholders and teams to drive success.
The Head of Sales responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in London.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts in the retail and hospitality sectors.
- Identify new business opportunities and effectively manage the sales pipeline.
- Conduct regular field visits to engage with customers, provide training, and ensure excellent product presentation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, fostering a high-performance culture.
The ideal Head of Sales Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or Head of Sales or similar role in the drinks industry or FMCG sector, with experience managing teams in London.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively.
- Knowledge of the London market, with established relationships in the retail and hospitality sectors being a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively across the region.
