This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing the full guest journey across Front of House, Food & Beverage, Kitchen and Housekeeping. Lead day-to-day operations across F&B, Front of House, Kitchen and Housekeeping Manage staffing, service delivery, standards and operational performance Work closely with senior leadership to deliver commercial and operational objectives Ensure excellent compliance, hygiene, health & safety and operational standards Proven experience as an Operations Manager or senior hospitality leader Strong background in luxury hotels, private members clubs or high-end hospitality Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills Competitive salary Private healthcare Company pension
