We're working with a high-end, privately owned luxury lifestyle business to recruit an HR Coordinator on a maternity cover contract. Operating across a number of premium, service-led businesses, the organisation has an impressive presence in London and works with a sophisticated international client base. This is a great opportunity to join a professional and fast-paced environment, supporting the Head of HR Operations and wider HR team with the day to day running of the HR function.
The Role
This is a varied, hands-on HR position covering the full employee lifecycle. You will support everything from recruitment and onboarding through to payroll, benefits, HR systems and employee relations administration. We're looking for someone who is highly organised, dependable and comfortable working with detail. You don't necessarily need years of HR experience. A strong administrator with some HR exposure and the right attitude could work equally well. Experience within hospitality, retail, luxury or another fast-paced, service led-environment would be particularly relevant.
Key responsibilities
- Maintaining employee records, HR systems and trackers
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding
- Preparing contracts, letters and HR documentation
- Supporting recruitment and interview coordination
- Managing HR diaries, meetings and administration
- Supporting payroll and benefits
- Producing reports and maintaining HR data
- Tracking probation reviews, visa expiry dates and training
- Supporting employee relations administration and casework
- Preparing meeting notes, letters and outcome documentation
- Supporting absence, probation, conduct and performance processes
- Keeping HR files, templates and processes organised and up to date
Experience
You will ideally have previous HR administration, HR coordination or strong general administration experience. You will need excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and confidence working with Excel, Outlook, HR systems and data. Most importantly, you will be organised, discreet and dependable, with the judgement to handle sensitive employee information professionally. Previous experience with an HRIS would be advantageous, as would some exposure to employee relations. This could suit an HR Administrator or HR Coordinator looking for broader experience, or an accomplished administrator looking to build their career within HR.
