We are partnering with a fast‑growing UK & European catering and events business to recruit a strategic and hands‑on Head of Finance. This senior leadership role is responsible for financial strategy, management reporting, budgeting, cash flow, compliance and providing commercial insight to support growth. You will lead and develop the finance team while working closely with the full senior management team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the financial strategy to support growth.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and compliance.
- Provide commercial insight and financial analysis to the senior management team.
- Lead, coach and develop the finance team.
- Manage management reporting and financial performance reports.
Candidate Profile
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CPA) with senior finance experience.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
- Hospitality, events or operational business experience highly desirable.
- Hands‑on, collaborative leadership style.
