About the Role

β€œHave you been looking for a chance to make a big impact in a vibrant, premium environment?” I am looking for a proactive Membership Manager who loves creating great member experiences and can blend organisation, communication and commercial insight to lead the full membership journey across Golf, Leisure and Racquets. From onboarding to renewals, member communications to social events, this role is all about delivering a seamless, elevated experience β€” while driving engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the new member journey β€” from sign-up to full engagement β€” ensuring every new joiner feels welcomed and valued.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership data across systems.
  • Partner with operational teams in Golf, Academy, Leisure and Racquets to ensure a consistently first-class experience.
  • Oversee the full renewal process β€” planning campaigns, coordinating communications, tracking progress and ensuring timely completions.
  • Manage all membership administration, billing and payments, working closely with Finance to maintain accuracy and resolve any queries.
  • Act as the main point of contact for members, providing friendly, professional support and problem-solving.
  • Deliver regular communications and touchpoints to keep members engaged and connected.
  • Identify opportunities for upgrades or additional services and convert them through thoughtful engagement.
  • Plan and deliver an exciting calendar of member events and social activities that strengthen community and drive participation.
  • Work with Operations and Food & Beverage teams to deliver memorable, high-quality events.
  • Capture and analyse member feedback to continually enhance the experience.
  • Keep records up to date across membership and CRM systems.
  • Report on key metrics – membership trends, renewals, upgrades and engagement levels – with recommendations for improvement.
  • Handle all member data responsibly, ensuring GDPR compliance and confidentiality.
