Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the global recruitment strategy across multiple international locations
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership, corporate, operational and hospitality positions
- Partner closely with senior executives, regional leaders and General Managers to anticipate recruitment needs and develop strategic recruitment plans
- Identify and attract exceptional talent across luxury restaurants, fine dining, hotels and premium hospitality environments
- Build and maintain an international network of high calibre hospitality professionals
- Develop proactive talent pipelines for critical positions
- Drive recruitment standards, ensuring a consistent, discreet and premium candidate experience across all markets
- Support international expansion, new openings and strategic workforce planning
- Strengthen employer branding and position the organisation as an employer of choice within the global luxury hospitality sector
- Monitor recruitment performance, market intelligence and talent acquisition trends
Experience:
- Significant recruitment experience within luxury hospitality, fine dining, five-star hotels or international lifestyle brands
- A proven track record of managing recruitment across multiple international markets
- Strong experience recruiting senior hospitality executives, General Managers, Executive Chefs and operational leadership teams
- An established international network within the luxury hospitality industry
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and confidence working directly with senior executives
- A proactive, hands on approach combined with the ability to develop long-term recruitment strategies
- Outstanding communication, relationship building and negotiation skills
- A high level of discretion, professionalism and cultural awareness
