Our client, a growing and well established hospitality business, is looking for a Data Analyst to support business decision making across the organisation. This role will work closely with all departments, using data to improve performance, optimise systems, and deliver meaningful commercial insight.
The role
The Data Analyst will be responsible for analysing and interpreting data from multiple hospitality platforms and translating this into clear, actionable insights. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving systems, reporting, and data led decision making across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse data across CRM, POS, reservations, events, and membership platforms
- Produce clear reports, dashboards, and insights to support commercial and operational decisions
- Partner with teams across operations, marketing, finance, sales, and leadership
- Identify trends, opportunities, and inefficiencies to drive business improvement
- Support system optimisation, data integrity, and process improvements
- Help define and track KPIs across different areas of the business
- Translate complex data into insights that are easily understood by non-technical stakeholders
Experience
- Proven experience in a Data Analyst or similar role
- Experience within hospitality, leisure, or customer focused environments preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate insights clearly
- Experience working with multiple business systems and improving data usage
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels
