It starts with people and recruitment, but the opportunity is much bigger: build the people machine first, then grow into the operational number two for the group. Take ownership of workforce planning and manage salary costs carefully as the organisation grows Mentor and develop our existing Talent function , raising capability rather than simply replacing what already exists You understand recruitment, talent and HR but you're equally comfortable talking about performance, processes, costs, facilities and what is actually happening on the ground This is an opportunity to build the people infrastructure behind an ambitious growth story and then help lead the operation that growth creates
