We’re working with a fast-growing lifestyle accommodation group operating across the UK and Europe. With a large multi-entity structure spanning multiple jurisdictions, the business is going through an exciting period of transformation, with a strong focus on improving processes and driving efficiency.

They are looking to hire a Finance Assistant to join their Accounts Receivable team. This role sits within a team of five and forms part of a broader finance function, playing a key role in ensuring accurate and timely billing across a varied portfolio of corporate customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Raise customer invoices and credit notes accurately within agreed terms using internal systems
  • Post and allocate customer payments on a daily basis
  • Manage the AR inbox, responding to queries within SLA
  • Liaise with Credit Control, Reservations, and operational teams to resolve billing issues
  • Process intercompany invoicing and receipts
  • Reconcile non-core revenue streams (e.g. ancillary income)
  • Support on-site teams with billing queries
  • Assist with month-end close activities
  • Provide ad hoc support across the finance function as required
Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-volume AR environment within hospitality
  • Experience using ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office (intermediate to advanced)
