We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Senior HR Business Partner to join a fast-paced logistics and manufacturing organisation. This is a critical role within a high-performing People function, partnering senior leaders across multiple operational sites to deliver people strategies that directly support business performance.

Reporting into the Head of HR, you will operate as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, balancing strategic input with hands-on delivery in a complex, operational environment.

The Role

  • As Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the people agenda across manufacturing and logistics operations, ensuring workforce capability, engagement and compliance support ongoing growth.
  • Designing and delivering a people plan aligned to business objectives and operational priorities.
  • Partnering with senior leaders to ensure organisation design, structures and roles are fit for purpose.
  • Supporting workforce planning, talent pipelines, succession planning and retention across multiple sites.
  • Providing expert guidance on employee relations, supporting managers to build high performing, engaged teams.
  • Leading and contributing to change and transformation projects, including restructures and operational change.
  • Using people data and insights to identify trends, mitigate risk and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring consistent application of HR policies, employment law and best practice across all locations.

Experience:

  • We are looking for a resilient, pragmatic HR professional with strong operational experience and the credibility to influence at senior level.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HRBP within logistics, manufacturing, supply chain or distribution.
  • Demonstrable multi-site experience, supporting operational and blue-collar workforces.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, change management and organisational design.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge and influence confidently.
  • A data-led mindset, comfortable interpreting trends and translating insight into action.
