Learning & Development Manager – Luxury Estate in Berkshire
Up to £44,000 + bonus + benefits
We are delighted to be partnering with a prestigious luxury estate in Berkshire to appoint a Learning & Development Manager. This is a unique opportunity to shape and elevate the people and culture strategy within a high-end, service-led environment.
The estate offers a blend of luxury hospitality, wellness, and leisure, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional, personalised guest experiences. This role will be instrumental in embedding a culture of continuous development and service excellence across the business.
Reporting into senior leadership, you will lead the Learning & Development function across the estate, working closely with Heads of Department to support, coach, and develop teams at all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and delivering engaging, high-impact training programmes across all departments
- Leading onboarding and induction to ensure a seamless and inspiring employee journey
- Driving service excellence training aligned with luxury hospitality standards
- Partnering with department heads on talent development and succession planning
- Coaching and developing managers to enhance leadership capability
- Supporting performance management processes and career development pathways
- Overseeing compliance and mandatory training across the estate
- Continuously evolving the L&D strategy to support business growth and culture
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an L&D or Training Manager role within luxury hospitality, hotels, or estates
- A strong understanding of service excellence within high-end environments
- An engaging and confident facilitator, able to influence at all levels
- Passionate about people, culture, and development
- Commercially minded, with the ability to align training initiatives to business goals
