I am currently looking for a Junior HR Advisor for a leading facilities management company. Growing company with fantastic business culture and great reputation in the market. You will be joining a small, friendly team at the heart of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in handling employee queries and concerns.
- Maintaining accurate records of employee relations cases.
- Assisting with job postings, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Supporting new hire onboarding, including preparing contracts and induction programs.
- Ensuring all pre-employment checks (e.g., references, right-to-work) are completed.
- Maintaining and updating employee records (both digital and physical).
- Preparing and issuing employment-related documentation, such as offer letters or policy updates.
- Assisting in updating HR policies and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
- Supporting audits and documentation processes for legal or regulatory purposes.
- Maintaining HR databases and ensuring accurate data entry.
- Assisting the HR team with projects, events, or initiatives (e.g., wellbeing programs).
