The Role

As an HRBP, you’ll be a trusted advisor to senior managers, supporting them with employee relations, organisational development, talent management, and workforce planning. You will ensure HR practices are both legally compliant and aligned with values of compassion, integrity, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the strategic HR lead for designated departments, providing expert guidance on all HR matters
  • Lead on complex employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances
