We’re delighted to be working with a vibrant, multi-site hospitality business that’s passionate about its people, culture, and growth. They’re looking for an experienced People Business Partner to join their team and play a key role in shaping the people strategy across their restaurants and support functions. The Role

As the People Business Partner, you’ll work closely with both Operations and Head Office teams to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused HR service. You’ll lead on people initiatives that drive performance, engagement, and development while ensuring consistency and compliance across all sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to design and deliver people plans that support business goals.
  • Coach and empower managers through employee relations, performance, and engagement challenges.
  • Manage and resolve ER cases with confidence and fairness.
  • Champion a culture of inclusion, recognition, and wellbeing.
  • Support recruitment and succession planning to ensure strong leadership pipelines.
  • Deliver engaging training and development initiatives.
  • Use people data and insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist within a multi-site hospitality, retail, or service sector.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER best practice.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially aware, proactive, and organised with the ability to work at pace.
  • Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
