We’re delighted to be working with a vibrant, multi-site hospitality business that’s passionate about its people, culture, and growth. They’re looking for an experienced People Business Partner to join their team and play a key role in shaping the people strategy across their restaurants and support functions. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, service-led environment and wants to make a tangible impact across a growing, people-first organisation.
The Role
As the People Business Partner, you’ll work closely with both Operations and Head Office teams to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused HR service. You’ll lead on people initiatives that drive performance, engagement, and development while ensuring consistency and compliance across all sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to design and deliver people plans that support business goals.
- Coach and empower managers through employee relations, performance, and engagement challenges.
- Manage and resolve ER cases with confidence and fairness.
- Champion a culture of inclusion, recognition, and wellbeing.
- Support recruitment and succession planning to ensure strong leadership pipelines.
- Deliver engaging training and development initiatives.
- Use people data and insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist within a multi-site hospitality, retail, or service sector.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER best practice.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially aware, proactive, and organised with the ability to work at pace.
- Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
