Hotel Reservation Agent

Reservations Booking Agent London – Office Based We are excited to be working with a boutique accommodation business who support their clients across the creative industries. The company is growing steadily, offering excellent long-term progression and hands-on training. As booking agent, you will have experience across reservations from hotels, agencies or airlines etc. You will handle accommodation bookings for clients, working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. This includes coordinating group bookings, liaising with hotels and estate agents, and ensuring high levels of confidentiality. Manage end-to-end accommodation bookings for high-net worth clients Handle serviced apartments, hotels, and private lettings 2–3+ years in a booking/reservations/travel agency role ~ Strong communication and memory skills—note-taking and attention to detail are key ~ Backgrounds in hotels, airlines, production, or admin all welcome ~ MUST be able to work rotating shifts between 9am and 6:30pm
