We’re seeking a Brand and Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of high-impact brand initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and commerce — guiding product marketing, content creation, and media execution to build an immersive brand universe.

You’ll collaborate across product, digital, PR, creative, and retail to drive relevance, emotional resonance, and business growth.

  • Lead 360° brand campaigns for new collections, seasonal storytelling, and launches.
  • Manage the brand calendar, aligning content, PR, product, and retail.
  • Ensure all campaigns reflect our ethos and engage discerning luxury and HNW audiences.
  • Develop digital-first content strategies across Instagram, email, website, and media.
  • Oversee creative execution: from campaign narratives and art direction to asset production.
  • Define positioning and messaging for each product and collection.
  • Build toolkits for go-to-market, including launch guides, lookbooks, and training materials.
  • Work with performance teams to optimize for engagement and conversion.
  • Monitor media performance and adapt strategy based on insights.
  • Evolve and protect brand voice across all formats — from packaging to events.
  • Craft compelling editorial concepts and emotionally resonant hero content.
  • Analyze customer insights, stylist feedback, and retail data to inform campaigns.
  • Identify content and storytelling opportunities that boost brand visibility.

3–5 years experience in brand, content, or product marketing in luxury, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle.

Sophisticated visual and verbal aesthetic vision with understanding of luxury consumer behaviours.

Strong writing, communication, and editorial skills.

Skilled in content production, digital strategy, and media planning.

Agile, collaborative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
