We are working with a highly regarded hospitality and live events venue that sits at the intersection of culture, music and nightlife. They are now looking for an ambitious Head of Creative to lead and transform their content, brand and creative output across all channels.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who thrives on shaping creative vision while also delivering consistently at pace. You’ll be responsible for defining how the brand looks, sounds and shows up and for turning that vision into standout content that drives real audience growth and cultural relevance.

The Opportunity

As Head of Creative, you’ll be tasked with significantly elevating both the quality and volume of content output. You’ll set a clear creative direction, introduce modern content thinking, and build a flagship content concept that becomes instantly associated with the venue’s identity.

Working closely with marketing, design and programming teams, you’ll play a key role in strengthening the brand’s positioning with artists, agents and audiences alike.

Key Objectives

  • Dramatically raise the standard and consistency of content across social, email and digital channels
  • Define and implement clear content pillars that guide all creative output
  • Lead the development of a bold, recurring “hero” content series synonymous with the brand
  • Drive measurable improvements in social performance, reach and audience growth
  • Proactively adopt and apply emerging content formats and platform trends
  • Lead a visual brand refresh, partnering closely with an in-house designer to deliver a cohesive identity
  • Establish and protect a distinctive, compelling tone of voice across all communications
  • Develop content-led ideas that add genuine value for artists and strengthen industry relationships
  • Own and execute a clear, confident TikTok strategy

Ongoing Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of social media channels, including strategy, tone, scheduling and contributors
  • Leading a weekly creative and socials planning meeting
  • Managing external creatives and content partners, from briefing through to delivery
  • Overseeing the brand-led section of a weekly email newsletter
  • Reviewing and editing copy across marketing outputs to ensure tonal consistency
  • Preparing bi-weekly performance and planning presentations for senior stakeholders

About You

  • A senior creative or content leader with experience in hospitality, events, culture or entertainment
  • Equally comfortable setting strategy and getting hands-on with execution
  • Deeply fluent in social platforms, formats and trends (especially short-form video)
  • Confident leading creative direction while collaborating cross-functionally
  • Data-aware, commercially minded and driven by impact not just output
