Head of Growth | Hospitality Sustainability Consultancy
Location: London / Hybrid Flex + Travel
Type: Full-time | Permanent
Reports to: CEO
We are working with a forward-thinking hospitality sustainability consultancy on a mission to help the sector transition to net zero. As their Head of Growth, you’ll play a key role in scaling the business, expanding commercial partnerships, and increasing their impact across the hospitality industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead business development across consultancy and analytics services
- You’ll take ownership of generating new business, building a strong sales pipeline, and converting leads into long-term, high-value clients.
- Shape the commercial strategy
- You’ll work closely with internal and external marketing teams to shape messaging, deliver targeted campaigns, and support brand positioning in the market.
- Manage and develop the growth function
- Build senior industry relationships
- You’ll represent the consultancy at events and in meetings, engaging with C-suite and senior sustainability leaders across the hospitality sector.
