Are you a commercially driven, creative partnerships leader with a passion for live experiences and brand engagement? We\’re looking for a Director of Brand Partnerships for a large live events business to take their commercial strategy to the next level. Reporting to senior leadership, this is a pivotal role designed to build long-term brand alliances, create innovative partnership propositions, and deliver tangible revenue growth through high-impact sponsorships and brand activations. Key Focus Areas Develop and lead partnership strategy across multiple event formats Identify new commercial opportunities with brands, venues, and agencies Create compelling propositions for brand activations, fan zones, and seasonal experiences Build strategic relationships with household-name food & beverage brands Deliver sponsorship deals that offer clear ROI and meaningful audience engagement Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and revenue teams Lead a high-performing partnerships and brand activation team What You\’ll Bring Proven experience in sponsorship sales and partnership development A strong network across brands and agencies – particularly in food, drink, and lifestyle sectors Strategic mindset with the ability to craft tailored, commercially viable partnership packages Strong financial and commercial acumen Confidence working with senior stakeholders, including brand and C-suite leaders A passion for live events, fan engagement, and experiential marketing
